This is the original, first ever, TV movie about
The Dark Knight! This stars Adam West and Burt
Ward as Batman & Robin! Was this suspensful? NO!
Was it well done? NO! Was the special effects
outstanding? NO! Was this a lot of fun? Absolutely!
Starring with Adam and Burt are some heavy hitters
of the time: Cesar Romero(The Joker), Frank Gorshin
(The Riddler), Lee Meriwether(Catwoman) & Burgess
Merideth(The Penguin)! All of these stars did great
in their roles and three(Burgess, Frank & Merideth)
were the best ever in their roles, with Cesar being
the second best Joker ever(right behind Jack!!)! Well
worth a watch even in these times of multi-billion
dollar movies with CGI and big names! If you haven't
watched this movie, you are definitly missing out
on a treat!!! A

A must see was told to me by a friend last week. So I
picked this one up in Blu Ray quality and what a hell
of a ride it was....if you don't take it all to seriously.
I enjoyed this overacted flick full of silly jokes and
simple effects, and the use of stock footage. And on
see, the submarine, really? The sky, just a curtain.
Unbelievable but hey, as said, I enjoyed it every minute
and laughed here and there like the beginning with the
shark or batman and the bomb.
Guess they had a lot of fun making this one. If you just
want to see a cheesy batman flick, this is the one,
excellent casting, instant cult holy classic.
