These "movies" are all from the animated tv series
Justice League(renamed starting season three as
Justice League Unlimited)!

JUSTICE LEAGUE - SECRET ORIGINS

The first three episodes of season 1 of the tv series Justice
League: Secret Origins: Part I, II, and III!!

This shows the "origin"(one of many! lol) of the
JLA, with Superman(Clark Kent), Batman(Bruce
Wayne), J'onn J'onnz(aka Martian Manhunter[John
Jones]), Wonder Woman(Diana Prince), The Flash
(Barry Allen), Green Lantern(Not the one from
the comics, which was Hal Jordon!!) & Hawkgirl
(in the comics, it was Aquaman!!!) The Earth is
attacked by "War Of The Worlds" type aliens
bent on taking over! The Martian Manhunter
tells the team about how they took over his
home planet, and how he is now the lone
survivor of his race! A decent story!! This
would be a solid "A" except for the variation
on the original members of the JLA!! A-

Sadly, a portion of the specials on this movie
doesn't work(bios of the members)!!!

Season 1: Episodes 8-9: Paradise Lost: Pt. I and II! A-

(This disc Also has the episodes War World Pt. I & II)

This finds Wonder Woman trying to help her homeland
after all the women there have been turned to stone!
To cure them, she needs to finds some artifacts for
a fiend that's working with Hades himself! B+

(A note here, this disc did not work on one of
the computers but did on another!!)

Well animated, pretty well scripted, but with a fairly random bad guy (or bad
entity - whatever), Justice League: The New Frontier basically bridges the gap
between the Golden Age Justice Society and the Silver Age Justice League. You'll
appreciate some of the finer plot- and character-points of this movie if you have
a in depth knowledge of the DC universe, but otherwise a lot of the detail in this
movie may go over your head.

Too violent for kids (in my opinion), and too esoteric for casual fans of DC, this one
is perfect for DC die-hards. - M. Pickford "M-Life"

Season 1 Episodes 10-11: War World: Pt. I, II! A-

Superman and J'onn J'onzz are hijacked to a planet
were there are war games held to deflect the problems
of the planet!! Interesting to see Superman fake like
he's just a mortal! B+

Season 2 Episodes 24-26: Starcrossed: Pt. I, II, & III!! A-

Again, they have played around with the
canon of the JLA, and some of the changes
are not necessarily for the better!! Dropping
Hawkman as an original member was bad
enough, but now, making him an asshole
has not just stepped over a line, it's totally
destroying it!! All this being said, this is
actually very good, just hard to watch
a legend get destroyed(kind of like what
they did with Star Trek!!!!)!!! B+

Originally broadcast as a three-part episode
that concluded the second season of the Justice
League animated series, Starcrossed: The Movie
offers not only an exciting adventure for the
collected DC Comics superheroes, but a major
shakeup within the JL lineup that changed the
series' subsequent seasons. Hawkgirl and her
relationship with John Stewart/Green Lantern
is the focus of the feature, in which the alien
heroine is forced to choose between her human
